Dr. Siegel
Dr. Siegel earned his doctorate in
counseling psychology from the University of Iowa in 1993. He
is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology
at the University of Minnesota and an Adjunctive Assistant Professor
at the University of St. Mary's, Minneapolis. He has taught graduate
level courses in psychological assessment and trained graduate
students and doctoral interns in psychological assessment and
psychotherapy at the Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Dr. Siegel also has interest and experience in the assessment
of adolescents. Other areas of expertise include the research
of and the treatment of comorbid psychiatric and substance use
disorders, pathological gambling, and survivors of childhood
and adult trauma.
