Our methods are objective, fair, and defensible. We begin
with a review of available records including medical and mental
health treatment records, previous psychiatric and psychological
evaluations, complaints, other legal records, and personnel records. We proceed
with a psychological evaluation relying on objective
and well-validated personality and cognitive tests, a thorough history
obtained from the evaluatee, and a current mental status assessment.
We provide oral and written reports as requested.
• Expert Witness Testimony
Psychological characteristics,
level and quality of motivation, personality traits, psychopathology,
and historical behavioral patterns often have significant bearing
on legal issues, and the outcome of a case may rest on the expert
testimony regarding a litigant's psychological profile. Our reports
are comprehensive, defensible, based on objective data, and able
to withstand rigorous scrutiny in court. We will do whatever
possible to answer the questions at issue, and to assist the trier of fact in coming to the most accurate conclusions.
